June 2001: Company incorporated, DMS written and operated out of shared offices in Chertsey
April 2005: Business acquired Premises in Walton on Thames
June 2008: Three ARC Collection staff achieve CSA City & Guilds Diploma
August 2008: Introduction of “Call Recording”
November 2008: ARC expands into our adjoining premises effectively doubling our office space.
July 2009: Major UK Bank awards ARC the highest bi-annual audit mark given to any of its collection agencies
July 2009: One more of ARC’s Collection staff achieves CSA City & Guilds Diploma.
August 2009: ARC launches 24 hour telephone payment hotline
December 2009: ARC launches new website with 24 hour secure payment link
January 2010: ARC announces that it will be supporting the Princess Alice Hospice in Esher as its chosen Charity in 2010
