Call our Customer Support Team on 01932 251 000 to make a one off payment or recurring payment (known as Continuous Payment Authority) using a debit or credit card.
We can also accept Direct Debit payments. Direct Debit is an instruction from you to your bank or building society authorising us, ARC (Europe) Ltd. to collect a pre-agreed amount on a pre-agreed date.
To set up a Direct Debit:
Direct Debit Guarantee - This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay by Direct Debits.
You can pay cash or cheque at any Branch of Barclays as long as you have either a pre-printed paying in slip that we have sent you (which is found on the reverse of our standard letters) or you have a Barclay’s debit card. If only using your Barclays debit card, you must remember to write our reference number on the payment slip where indicated otherwise the funds will not reach your account with us.
